MILAN – Hark work, dedication, commitment and talent; these are just a few characteristics which made Cristian Chivu a cut above the rest. The former Romania international joined Inter in the summer of 2007 and played 167 times for the club over six seasons, scoring three times. His time at the club was a resounding success, winning many trophies, becoming a role model for team-mates, and garnering the admiration of those who he faced on the pitch.
Chivu is now the head coach of Inter Primavera, and today turns 41. The club itself as well as its fans hope Cristian has a very special day.
Happy birthday, Cristian!
