MILAN - In light of the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, FC Internazionale Milano announce the ticket refund procedures for the following Serie A 2019/20 games played behind closed doors as a result of the health emergency: Inter vs. Sampdoria, Inter vs. Sassuolo and Inter vs. Brescia. All the details on the refund process can be found below.
With regard season ticket holders, FC Internazionale Milano announce that information on refund procedures will be released at the end of the 2019/20 football season.
ONLINE PURCHASES FROM INTER.IT AND OUR CONTACT CENTRE
All tickets for Inter vs. Sampdoria, Inter vs. Sassuolo and Inter vs. Brescia purchased on the official inter.it website or via telephone at our Contact Centre will be automatically cancelled and refunded. No action is required from the buyer and the entire amount will be credited back to the credit card used for the original payment. Refund times will depend on the buyer’s card provider but should appear within a maximum of 20-30 days.
PURCHASES MADE AT VIVATICKET POINTS OF SALE
Fans who purchased their tickets from Vivaticket points of sale should return their original tickets to the same point of purchase no later than Friday 25 September. If the point of sale is now closed, buyers can go to the most convenient of more than 1,000 points of sale found on this page.
PURCHASES MADE FROM INTER POINTS OF SALE
Fans who purchased their tickets from either of Inter’s two points of sale, the Stadio San Siro or the Inter Store Milano, must return their original tickets by Friday 25 September, either:
- exclusively at one of the special Vivaticket points of sale indicated on this website.
- from Wednesday 29 July, at the Stadio San Siro west ticket office, located opposite Gate 7 and open Monday to Friday from 09:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00 CEST. The ticket office will be closed between Monday 10 and Friday 21 August inclusive.
TICKETS HELD ON SIAMO NOI CARDS
In the event that tickets have been loaded on to a Siamo Noi card, refund procedures remain the same: if purchased online, simply wait for an automatic refund; if purchased in store, follow the instructions set out above.
